Massimiliano Allegri has announced his squad for Juventus’ Serie A season opener against Sassuolo today.

There seem to be no major surprises in Allegri’s squad list, with the injured Paul Pogba, Wojciech Szczesny, Federico Chiesa, Kaio Jorge, Marley Aké all absent. Also left out were the suspended Adrien Rabiot and Moise Kean. Arthur was not called up due to his transfer market situation.

Last season Sassuolo won away in Turin 2-1 but lost to Juventus at home by the same scoreline.

Below is Juventus’ full 22-man squad for tonight’s clash with Sassuolo:

Goalkeepers: Pinsoglio, Perin, Garofani.

Defenders: De Sciglio, Bremer, Danilo, Alex Sandro, Gatti, Bonucci, Rugani.

Midfielders: Locatelli, McKennie, Cuadrado, Rovella, Kostic, Miretti, Zakaria, Fagioli,

Forwards: Vlahovic, Di Maria, Soulé, Di Graca.

  1. sad squad is sad…

Even with Chiesa and Pogba, the starting 11 needs work. Heres hoping our defenders are going to have a superstar season :/
