Sky Sport Italia is reporting that Milan striker Gianluca Lapadula will undergo a second medical with Genoa on Monday afternoon.
The broadcaster explains the medical has been scheduled for 14:30 local time (13:30 GMT) after initial tests flagged up heel pain.
Furthermore, it will prove “decisive” in terms of whether his move will happen.
A €2m loan plus €11m purchase option is understood to have been agreed between Genoa and Milan for Lapadula.
