Ezequiel Schelotto is paying no attention to rumours suggesting he could leave Inter. “I want to have a great season with the Nerazzurri.”

The 23-year-old joined the San Siro giants in January from Atalanta, but he’s being linked with a number of other top-flight sides.

“Inter are a dream who have turned into reality for me,” the Argentine-born Italian international told Sport Italia.

“I have a four-year contract and I am very happy here. I hope to have a great season and play well for an Inter side that includes many champions.”

The right-sided player will be bossed by Walter Mazzarri after the latter replaced Andrea Stramaccioni on the Beneamata bench.

“I don’t know Mazzarri personally, but I know he improved a lot while with Napoli,” Schelotto continued.

“He has great experience and that is what we need right now.

“I’ll get to know him in pre-season and I’ll be at his total disposal in order to win a starting shirt in the side.”
