Gianluca Scamacca said he has not been distracted by the transfer rumours, as he came off the bench to help Genoa beat Parma 2-1.

The 22-year-old scored a brace off the bench and turned the game around after Graziano Pellè’s opener for the Ducali.

Scamacca, who has now scored four times in Serie A this term, has been linked with a move away from the Grifone, but the youngster stressed he only focuses on helping Davide Ballardini’s team.

“Ballardini knows what he does, we are all good strikers,” he told Sky Sport Italia. “We have [Goran] Pandev, [Marko] Pjaca, [Mattia] Destro, [Eldor] Shomurodov.

“I have always had my head here, rumours go around, it’s normal.”
