The transfer market is still open in Saudi Arabia and two clubs are hoping to pull off a late move for Juventus’ Paul Pogba, reports suggest.

The 30-year-old French midfielder’s debut year back in Turin was a complete disaster last term, derailed by a series of frustrating injuries, but he’s seemingly not ready to give up just yet.

Pogba made his first Juventus appearance in three months when he came off the bench in the club’s 1-1 draw with Bologna and he’s continuing to try and reach a good level of match fitness.

Page 24 of today’s Gazzetta dello Sport details how Al-Ahli and Al-Ittihad are still hoping to convince Pogba to accept the move to Saudi Arabia before their transfer window closes on September 7.

The 30-year-old is still hoping to prove himself at Juventus and is resisting their interest, but the club would be open to a deal considering his high wages. Galatasaray tried to make an approach to Pogba, but he refused any talks, making his position clear.
