Sassuolo are reportedly in talks to pick up Alberto Paloschi from Chievo this month, despite renewed hope with Ishak Belfodil.
The Serie A strugglers were largely seen to be pushing to pick up Belfodil from Inter to bolster their options in attack for the second half of the season.
Whilst it was thought that they had lost out on the 21-year-old to West Ham, last-minute issues with that switch have seen the Neroverdi come back into the frame.

The 24-year-old is reported as available and it is understood that Sassuolo have already held talks with the player’s agent.
