Sassuolo confirm their squad for the final game of the season, as their result against Milan will decide the Scudetto race.

It kicks off at the Mapei Stadium in Reggio Emilia on Sunday at 17.00 UK time (16.00 GMT).

If Milan pick up at least one point in this fixture, then they will be crowned the Champions of Italy.

They could also afford to lose as long as Inter fail to beat Sampdoria at San Siro, because the Rossoneri have a superior head-to-head record.

Sassuolo coach Alessio Dionisi is missing injured Filippo Romagna, Jeremy Toljan, Abdou Harroui and Pedro Obiang.

They are expected to use a largely full-strength XI, with Domenico Berardi, Giacomo Raspadori, Hamed Junior Traore and Gianluca Scamacca.

There will still be some changes, as it is the final game in the Sassuolo jersey for Federico Peluso and club legend Francesco Magnanelli, so they are likely to be in the starting XI.
