Sassuolo defender Kaan Ayhan tested positive for COVID, while on international duty with Turkey national team, the Neroverdi announced.
“U.S. Sassuolo Calcio announce that the player Kaan Ayhan tested positive for Covid-19 following tests carried out with the Turkish national team,” Sassuolo’s official statement reads.
“The Neroverdi defender is asymptomatic and is following the procedures provided by the health protocol.”
