Sassuolo released a statement confirming Filip Djuricic, Lukas Haraslin and Federico Ricci have COVID-19, but Jeremy Toljan has recovered.
There are also two members of staff who have tested positive for Coronavirus.
Djuricic and Haraslin had already missed Sunday’s 2-0 Serie A victory away to Napoli, although the reason had not been given at the time.
Ricci is asymptomatic and has been placed into self-isolation.
Toljan has been given the all-clear and from tomorrow can leave quarantine.
