Inter have agreed to sign Radja Nainggolan for €24m, youth team player Nicolò Zaniolo and full-back Davide Santon, it’s reported.
The negotiations for Nainggolan to reunite with former Giallorossi Coach Luciano Spalletti at San Siro are no secret.
The main issue has been which players will be included as part of the exchange deal to lower the €40-45m asking price.
Primavera youth team creative midfielder Zaniolo has been in there since the start, but a new addition is full-back Santon.

According to Il Tempo, Sportitalia and Sky Sport Italia, the two clubs have agreed to include the versatile 27-year-old as part of the deal.
His representatives will meet with Roma tomorrow to discuss personal terms.
Santon came up through the Inter youth academy and returned in 2015 for €3.7m after four years at Newcastle United.
He can play on the right or left of defence, and even as a centre-back if needed.
Roma already have Nainggolan’s replacement lined up, as Javier Pastore is expected in the Capital for a medical tomorrow or Friday.
The Argentina international will arrive from Paris Saint-Germain for €18-20m.
