Bologna player Nicola Sansone might just have won the Scudetto for Milan by beating Inter and he has a special idea on how to be thanked. ‘Maybe a loan so I can play in the Champions League!’

The Rossoblu fought back from the Ivan Perisic opener to win 2-1 with Marko Arnautovic’s header and Sansone tapping in from a yard after the Ionut Radu howler.

Although it was probably the easiest goal he will ever score, Sansone was eager to take full credit for a result that has swayed the Serie A title race in the Rossoneri’s favour.

Speaking to Sky Sport Italia after the game, it was pointed out he was a childhood Milan supporter.

“I hope (director Paolo) Maldini or someone from Milan was watching! Maybe they can say thanks, give me a loan deal so I can play in the Champions League!”

  1. As a Milanista I have to say press and and fans think its over already but its not Milan have the most difficult matches.
If Inter win this weekend and Milan lose then Inter will be 1 point ahead and in control.
