“The club was extraordinary with me, but at this moment I needed to be back in Italy,” Sannino explained to Tuttomercatoweb.
He insisted there was no other job lined up, but today it’s reported he’s in negotiations with Catania.
The Elefantini were relegated from Serie A in May and are currently bottom of Serie B, so Maurizio Pellegrino is expected to get the sack.
