Sandro, full name Sandro Raniere Guimarães Cordeiro, has been paired with the Diavolo on and off for the last 18 months.
The Brazilian, signed from Internacional in 2010, is valued at around €13m by the White Hart Lane outfit.
Sandro, still only 23, is contracted to Spurs until June 2016.
