The talented Chilean has been associated with a host of Europe's top sides after his fine World Cup and a bright start to 2010-11.

However, Udinese sporting director Fabrizio Larini has categorically denied reports that the player will be sold this month.

"There is no truth in stories that Sanchez will join Inter in January," Larini told Sky Sport Italia. "We've said it before and we'll say it again – Sanchez will stay here with us at least until June.

"The boy is wanted by many of Europe's most important clubs and in the summer we may decide to evaluate any eventual offers for him.

"Nevertheless, the club does not need the money right now and there is no exit strategy planned for him."

The South American, who has been played in a variety of attacking positions by Francesco Guidolin this term, is valued at €20m.
