Bayern Munich director Karl-Heinz Rummenigge says Milan target Renato Sanches can only leave on loan.
The Rossoneri are keen to sign the Portuguese midfielder this summer, but CEO Marco Fassone declared yesterday that he is too expensive.
“We believe that Sanches can become a great player and that he can help Bayern in the future,” Rummenigge told reporters ahead of today’s friendly with Inter.

“He doesn’t want to leave, but he has a desire to play consistently. If it’s decided that he’ll leave, it would only be for a year long loan.”
