Sanabria confirmed in a message on Instagram that he has now recovered and been given the all-clear, three weeks after contracting the virus.

He must have a full medical with the Lega Serie A before he is allowed to resume training with Torino.
Therefore, it’s unlikely Sanabria will be available for tomorrow’s Serie A match against Cagliari.
It is at least some good news after Torino revealed another two players tested positive for COVID, without naming them.
