Sampdoria have unveiled their new home, away and third kits for the 2022/23 season, with veteran Fabio Quagliarella as their main model.

The Blucerchiati are currently in the process of a takeover after the Massimo Ferrero reign and under the guidance of former player Marco Lanna.

The kits were again designed by Macron and stick to the basic world-famous design of blue with the red, white and black stripe across the chest.

This is the only one of the four kits to have a V-neck collar.

Their away jersey is white with the same striped band, while the third shirt is yellow.

Goalkeeper Emil Audero models the turquoise blue kit for his role with a pattern down the side and a round collar.

All the jerseys have on the backneck the date of the club’s foundation in August 1946 and a motto in Genoese dialect: ‘Pe Zêna e pe Sàn Zòrzo’

It means ‘For Genoa and for Saint Giorgio’ and was the motto of the Serenissima Republic of Genoa, which pre-dated the formation of Italy.
