It had earlier been announced that Fiorentina forward Franck Ribery and Crotone’s Milos Vulic were fined €2,000 and given a warning for simulation in the penalty area.
Bologna director Riccardo Bigon and Napoli member of staff Dino Tenderini are given one-game touchline bans for dissent.
