Sampdoria confirmed they “have an agreement” with Samuel Eto’o and are waiting for him to end his Everton contract.
The Cameroon legend is believed to have agreed terms for a two and a half year contract with some reporting it even includes a clause to make a film of his life.
“Eto’o has been a great operation on the transfer market,” Sampdoria director of sport Carlo Osti told Sky Sport Italia.

Osti also confirmed a deal has been reached with Udinese for Luis Muriel, who is “a great investment for the club to raise the quality level.”
