Sampdoria are reportedly looking to bring veteran midfielder David Pizarro back to Serie A.
The 36-year-old worked with Blucerchiati Coach Vincenzo Montella at Fiorentina, but returned to his native Chile this summer with Santiago Wanderers.
Gianluca Di Marzio’s website reports that Samp are looking into the possibility of bringing Pizarro back to Italy, a move the player is open to.
Pizarro would have to get out of his contract with Wanderers, and the website reports that Sampdoria are evaluating the potential cost.
