Roma send Umar Sadiq to Perugia after his Glasgow Rangers spell was cut short, while Panagiotis Tachtsidis joins Serie B side Lecce.
Striker Sadiq struggled to settle in Scotland and the 21-year-old Nigerian managed just 161 minutes of football over five competitive games this season.
He was returned to Roma, who immediately sent him out on loan to Serie B outfit Perugia.
Also going to Serie B is Greek international Tachtsidis, a former Roma and Torino midfielder who had most recently been playing for Nottingham Forest.
