Sampdoria President Massimo Ferrero has admitted that Walter Sabatini ‘left his heart in Rome’ and ‘wouldn’t say no’ to the Giallorossi.

Sabatini worked at Roma between 2011 and 2017 before moving to Samp last summer, but the sporting director has been linked with a return to the Lupi.

“I don’t know, but I do know that Sabatini left his heart in Rome,” Ferrero told Romanews.eu.
