Football is a rapidly growing industry in Saudi Arabia thanks to government focus and numerous European stars have left for the country, with the latest being Sergej Milinkovic-Savic.

As reported by Saudi outlet WinWinAllSports via TMW, Newcastle have offered Napoli around €95m for Kvaratskhelia and are now waiting for a response.

It’s hard to imagine Partenopei president Aurelio De Laurentiis accepting this, especially as the club are working on tying down the Georgian winger to a new long-term contract.

Kvaratskhelia shined in his debut season in Serie A, scoring 12 goals and providing 13 assists across 34 league matches, playing a crucial role in their Scudetto success.
