Reports from Turkey suggest that Napoli have submitted a concrete offer for Fenerbahce talent Ferdi Kadioglu.
The Partenopei are looking to strengthen their squad this summer following their Scudetto success and are preparing to sell a few players, like Kim Min-Jae and Hirving Lozano, pushing them to find adequate replacements.
Napoli are hoping to hold onto key stars Khvicha Kvaratskhelia and Victor Osimhen, so work is ongoing to bolster other areas of Rudi Garcia’s squad.
As reported by Turkish outlet Sporx, Napoli have submitted an official offer to Fenerbahce for Kadioglu, proposing a deal worth €17m with €3m in add-ons.
The Super Lig side are not planning to accept, wanting no less than €25m for the talented 23-year-old. Newcastle United are also reported to be interested in the player.
Kadioglu saw over 4100 minutes of action this season for Fenerbahce, scoring four goals and providing five assists in that time. A tactically flexible player, the Turk can play as a full back on either side of the backline or as a midfielder.
