Reports are growing that Daniele Rugani could head for Chelsea after his agent met with Juventus director Fabio Paratici today.

Rugani has long been a target for Maurizio Sarri, who worked with the young defender at Empoli, but Juve refused to sell him to Napoli.

After struggling for playing time in Turin, Rugani is becoming frustrated and would relish the chance to play in the Premier League.

According to multiple sources, Rugani’s agent Davide Torchia was in a meeting with Juve director of sport Paratici today in Milan.

He is under contract until June 2021 and turns 24 next month.

Juventus paid only €5m to take him from Empoli in January 2015, but are asking for well over €20m.
