Antonio Rudiger’s agents reportedly met with Chelsea today, as Roma seem likely to sell for €22m.

The centre-back is wanted at Stamford Bridge by new Coach Antonio Conte.

According to La Repubblica newspaper, Rudiger’s agent met with Chelsea chief Marina Granovskaia today to discuss personal terms.

The two clubs continue negotiations and it’s reported Roma are prepared to lower their asking price to €22m.

Not all of that will go to the Giallorossi, as VfB Stuttgart are owed 10 per cent.

Nonetheless, Roma activated their option to buy the German international two days ago for €9m and are still making a profit.

It’s rumoured the Rudiger transfer could include an option on 19-year-old Chelsea talent Charly Musonda, currently on loan at Real Betis.
