Kostas Manolas only had a personalised training session away from the group, so is very unlikely to start tomorrow.

That leaves Nikola Maksimovic with Kalidou Koulibaly, moving Elseid Hysaj to left-back.

The good news for Gennaro Gattuso is that Chucky Lozano had the full training session with his teammates.

However, after more than a month out, the Mexico international will be introduced gradually and not from the starting XI at San Siro.

Victor Osimhen and Dries Mertens are both a long way off 100 per cent following injury lay-offs.
