Behrami has not been able to recover in time for Sunday’s game, as he picked up an injury on international duty with Switzerland.
Ruben Olivera continues his three-match ban, while Houssine Kharja and Per Kroldrup are also out of action.
“I spoke to Montolivo, just as I spoke to all the others. It would be too easy to resolve everything with a chat, but I don’t want to write up a list of good or bad eggs,” said the Coach.
“I also do not want to assign percentages of blame. I asked for something more from Montolivo and I will do again. I certainly expect more.
“Behrami is a big loss, especially as this game with Cesena is a delicate one.”
