Coach Delio Rossi calls Bologna's 2-1 defeat to Udinese ‘our best game yet’, while defending Mattia Destro: ‘He’s not the problem’.

The former Roma and Milan striker was the biggest transfer for the Felsinei this summer, but so far he notched no goals in any of the five games he played, including today's defeat.

“We lost, but the individual episodes did not go our way,” Rossi told Rai Sport after the game.

“Games like these have to be closed. Today was our best game yet.

“Destro? He isn’t the problem. We have a young team that managed to control the game for 70 minutes.

“My role is to help the team develop. We must improve, and I hope results start changing to give these players confidence that they belong in this championship,” he said of the newly-promoted team.
