Today is the decisive meeting between Milan and Roma for €30m-rated defender Alessio Romagnoli.
The Rossoneri have been pursuing the 20-year-old all summer, as he was specifically requested by Sinisa Mihajlovic.
Romagnoli spent last season on loan at Sampdoria with the Coach, where he flourished into a reliable centre-back.
Multiple sources are calling this Romagnoli Day, as Milan CEO Adriano Galliani welcomes Roma director of sport Walter Sabatini to his beach office at Forte dei Marmi, Tuscany.

Multiple sources are calling this Romagnoli Day, as Milan CEO Adriano Galliani welcomes Roma director of sport Walter Sabatini to his beach office at Forte dei Marmi, Tuscany.
Galliani already met with agent Sergio Berti on the Versilia coast yesterday to work out personal terms, a five-year contract worth around €2m per season.
Roma have repeatedly turned down the offer of €25m plus €3m bonuses for Romagnoli and Galliani said they’d give “not a cent more.”
However, it’s believed today the clubs can whittle down the gap with another €2m in bonuses to reach the €30m asking price.
Romagnoli isn’t the only defender set to leave the Stadio Olimpico, as Mapou Yanga-Mbiwa is reportedly close to Lyon for €9m.
