The American consortium headed by Thomas Di Benedetto will conclude the purchase of Roma on Monday, according to Il Messaggero.
After a long period of due diligence, conducted in exclusivity, the Roma 2000 group of investors are expected to pay €114m to buy the club.
The bank will also put €76m into the deal.
Il Messaggero understands that a public ceremony confirming the agreement will be held on Monday next week.
