Stefano Scalera, currently serving as Deputy Head of Cabinet of the Ministry of Economy and Finance in Italy is reportedly going to become a new Roma director from January.

According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, Roma’s CEO Guido Fienga has chosen Scalera in agreement with President Dan Friedkin.

Scalera is a long-time Roma fan and is reportedly going to move to Roma from January.

As per Il Corriere dello Sport, Scalera has recently had a direct contact with Friedkin and is expected to sign his contract with the Giallorossi in January.

Meantime, Roma continue their hunt for a new Director of sport with Atletico Madrid chief Andrea Berta and Lille director Luis Campos on the Giallorossi’s radars.
