Roma’s move for Vlad Chiriches appears to have fallen through, so it’s reported they’ll now target Younes Kaboul.

Roma’s move for Vlad Chiriches appears to have fallen through, so it’s reported they’ll now target Younes Kaboul.

The Giallorossi were believed to be close to signing Chiriches, but following reports this morning that the club couldn’t agree a price with Tottenham, the deal is said to be off.

Tuttomercatoweb reports that, despite the player agreeing to move, Spurs and Roma have irreconcilable differences over price and the move has collapsed.

That doesn’t appear to have soured relations between the two clubs, however, as Sky reports that Younes Kaboul could arrive on loan with a right to buy.

The 29-year-old is club captain at White Hart Lane, but has played only two League games since November.
