Paulo Dybala is desperate to recover quickly from his hamstring injury and is working with a recovery programme used in the past by athletes like Rafael Nadal and Kobe Bryant.

The 28-year-old Argentinian forward was forced off in the 50th minute of the Giallorossi’s 2-1 win over Lecce earlier this month, looking frustrated as he limped off the pitch. Tests confirmed that Dybala has suffered a left rectus femoris injury, an issue that’ll keep him sidelined for a number of weeks.

As reported by Corriere dello Sport, Dybala will undergo another MRI this week to take stock of his health ahead of the rapidly approaching World Cup. He is currently working in the gym and doing physiotherapy, pushing to recover from the injury.

The method being followed by Dybala is one used by Nadal, Bryant and Tiger Woods in the past, which focuses on medical work and analysis, paying specific attention to his blood and DNA whilst also carrying out carefully planned athletic work.
