Sporting director Walter Sabatini assured yesterday that the former Lille boss would stay, but Sky reports that Garcia will be asked to explain himself.

Sabatini, Mauro Baldissoni and Italo Zanzi are in London, and will be joined by the Coach on Thursday, when he arrives from Paris, as well as President James Pallotta.

The news outlet believes that the former Lille boss can look forward to an akward exchange, as he will be asked to explain the reasons for his outburst.

Meanwhile, Sky also believes that the club is still targeting Torino full-back Bruno Peres.

The Brazilian is seen as the natural successor to Maicon, and after talks broke down in April, negotiations could be re-opened.
