Roma investment Ante Coric is on the verge of a loan move to Spanish side UD Almeria, with option to buy for €7m.
The Croatia international recently turned 22 and was purchased from Dinamo Zagreb for €6m last year, along with 10 per cent of any future sale going to his old club.
However, Coric made a grand total of three substitute appearances in the 2018-19 season with 48 minutes of football under his belt.
He didn’t feature in pre-season either under new Coach Paulo Fonseca and is heading for the exit.
