The striker is expected to return to the Premier League on an initial loan deal with an obligation to buy.

The money from Abraham’s sale will be invested in defensive reinforcement. According to the report, Roma have already reached an agreement to sign Danso from Lens for around €25m.

The Austria international said goodbye to his fans on Sunday after a 2-0 win over Brest.

Roma are also open to listening to offers for Edoardo Bove, Bryan Cristante or Leandro Paredes and replacing one of them with a new central midfielder.
However, the Giallorossi are running out of time as the transfer window ends on Friday and their primary target, Manu Koné, is close to joining PSG.
