Krzysztof Piatek could be making a return to Serie A, as the Hertha Berlin striker is of interest to Torino and Roma.

The former Genoa and Milan forward moved to Germany in January for €24m, just a year after his €35m transfer to San Siro.

He found the net five times in 16 games for the Bundesliga outfit and turns 26 next month.

The Corriere dello Sport claim Piatek is one of the candidates to replace Edin Dzeko, especially as his agent is also a consultant at Roma under new patron Dan Friedkin.

With Dzeko requested by Juventus and Inter, this could be the time to replace the Bosnian.

However, Tuttosport insists that Torino had negotiations with Hertha Berlin over Poland international Piatek too.

They see him as a partner for Andrea Belotti rather than a straight replacement or understudy.
