Il Corriere dello Sport claims Roma are still interested in signing Davide Frattesi as long as Sassuolo sell the Italy international for €30m.

Roma and Sassuolo directors met on Tuesday to finalise Cristian Volpato and Filippo’s Missori move to the Mapei Stadium for €10m. The Giallorossi have kept a 15% clause on any future sale.

Il Corriere dello Sport reports that Tiago Pinto once again asked for information for Frattesi, a long-time Roma target.

The Giallorossi have a 30% clause on his sale, so Pinto reportedly told Giovanni Carnevali that Roma won’t match their €40m asking price and would instead get €12m if Frattesi leaves for such a fee.

On the other hand, if Sassuolo lower their price tag to €30m, then the Giallorossi are interested.

Milan are also said to be interested in Frattesi, but Carnevali revealed earlier this week that he had never spoken to the Rossoneri.

Inter have agreed on personal terms with Frattesi but need to sell Marcelo Brozovic to raise fund for his purchase.
