Roma are open to letting Eldor Shomurodov leave in January but the right offer will be needed to convince Jose Mourinho’s side.

The 27-year-old Uzbek forward joined the Giallorossi from Genoa last year in a deal worth around €18m. He has struggled to show his best since his arrival, only scoring six goals and providing six assists across 48 appearances, and this season Mourinho has hardly trusted in Shomurodov, only starting him once in six Serie A appearances.

As reported by TMW, Roma are willing to sell Shomurodov in January but they want a definitive deal, so they’ll only listen to offers based on either an outright purchase or a loan with an obligation to buy clause attached.

Monza and Torino both recently requested information about the 27-year-old and now are considering their options ahead of the January transfer window.

Shomurodov is contracted to Roma until 2026 and has an estimated market value of around €7m.
