Roma star Paulo Dybala has suffered another muscle injury, forcing him to miss the upcoming Serie A clash with Milan.

The 30-year-old Argentine forward has been a key figure for Jose Mourinho following his arrival on a free transfer 18 months ago, but minor injuries have disrupted his time in the Italian capital, forcing him to miss at least 28 matches over the last two seasons.

Dybala played the first 45 minutes of Roma’s Coppa Italia loss to Lazio on Wednesday evening but was forced off the pitch at half time after complaining of a thigh injury. He was replaced by Lorenzo Pellegrini.

As reported by Gianluca Di Marzio, Dybala has suffered an injury to the flexor of his left thigh and will miss the coming Serie A match with Milan. The 30-year-old will undergo a new round of tests in the coming days to determine the seriousness of the issue.

Dybala has been in strong form with Roma this season, scoring six goals and providing six assists in 18 matches across all competitions.
