Roma looking at Kamada after Milan snub

It is not just Inter who are considering Daichi Kamada now that Milan seem to have left him languishing, but Roma are also interested.

The Japan international is a free agent after his contract with Eintracht Frankfurt was allowed to run down.

There had been offers from several clubs, but he made his choice to join the Rossoneri.

However, they have kept him waiting for weeks and could drop him indefinitely, as they have only one more spot for a non-EU player in the squad and want to use it on Villarreal midfielder Samuel Chukwueze.

With that in mind, Kamada’s agents have started shopping him around to different Serie A clubs and Inter were already mentioned last night.

Now Roma are ready to take advantage of the situation, especially as their limited budget means another free agent would be a valuable asset.

Kamada turns 27 next month and plays as a central midfielder or a trequartista behind the strikers.

He is friends with Evan N’Dicka, who already signed for Roma as a free agent from Eintracht Frankfurt.
