Roma have been drawn the winners of Debrecen-Kukesi in the Europa League second qualifying round.
Roma finished sixth in Serie A last season, meaning they must contest three qualifying rounds before possibly reaching the 2019-20 group stage.
Debrecen ran out third in the Hungarian top flight, while Kukesi finished runners-up in the Albanian Superliga.
The tie will be played across July 25 and August 1, although the Giallorossi may be admitted directly to the groups if Milan withdraw from the competition.
