According to Gazzetta dello Sport’s Nicolo Schira, negotiations are ongoing between Roma and Elseid’s representatives.
The Albanian is free to leave the San Paolo for the right price this summer, with the signing of Giovanni Di Lorenzo pushing him out.

Injuries and a general lack of form have hindered the Dutchman since his €14m arrival from Feyenoord in 2017.
As per the Gazzetta journalist, the 24-year-old wants to re-join Feyenoord, but they are only prepared to take him back on a dry loan.
The Lupi, on the other hand, would prefer he moved back to his former club on a permanent basis.
