Roma CEO & General Manager Lina Souloukou has reportedly flown to London and could meet Chelsea to discuss Romelu Lukaku, reports in Italy claim.

The Belgian forward has refused to return to Inter and has an agreement in place with Juventus, but the Bianconeri must sell Dusan Vlahovic to sign the Belgian forward.

La Gazzetta dello Sport and Il Tempo claim Roma are also keeping a close eye on the 30-year-old who wants to continue his career in Europe and doesn’t want to go to Saudi Arabia. According to both papers, Roma’s CEO Lina Souloukou is in London and could meet Chelsea to discuss a potential transfer for the ex-Inter star.

However, TMW highlights Roma can afford Lukaku only if Chelsea send him out on loan paying part of his salary, which the Blues had already refused to do earlier in the summer transfer window during negotiations with Inter and Juventus.

Roma’s main target for the attack remains Duvan Zapata, but the Colombian is reportedly unsure about joining the Giallorossi from Atalanta.
