Edin Dzeko has reportedly agreed a four-year contract with Roma, but Manchester City remain to be convinced.
The Bosnian striker has struggled to hold down a place in the City first team in recent seasons, and has been heavily linked with the Giallorossi this summer.
Gazzetta dello Sport is reporting that Dzeko has agreed terms on a four-year deal with the capital club, and will earn around €4.5m per season.

Gazzetta dello Sport is reporting that Dzeko has agreed terms on a four-year deal with the capital club, and will earn around €4.5m per season.
A major stumbling block, however, is the willingness of the English side to sell, with the club keen to keep the big striker around, due to his impact from the bench.
Gazzetta believes at least €30m will be needed to convince City to part with Dzeko, which Roma will look to raise through the sales of Seydou Doumbia, Mattia Destro and Gervinho.
Doumbia is keen to return to Russia, and is in talks with CSKA Moscow, while Destro has been linked with West Ham United.
Gervinho may be harder to place, however, after a move to Al Jazira fell through – though not, the winger insists, because he asked for a helicopter and a private beach.
