Multiple sources in Italy claim Roma are going all in for Wolves goalkeeper Rui Patricio, at the request of Jose Mourinho.

Sportitalia and Sky Sport Italia are both confident the decision has been made for their new shot-stopper.

The target is Rui Patricio and negotiations are continuing between the clubs.

Wolverhampton Wanderers would like €12m, whereas the offer currently from Roma is €7-8m plus bonuses.

The gap should be relatively easy to bridge and talks will continue over the next few days.

Sky Sport Italia even maintain Wolves have already chosen Jose Sa of Olympiacos as his replacement.

Rui Patricio is 33 years old and has been at Wolverhampton since 2018, before that spending his entire career at Sporting Lisbon.

He’ll be the latest Portuguese addition to the Roma camp after coach Mourinho and director of sport Tiago Pinto.
