The National Federal Court issued the sentence for Napoli’s accusations from the match between the two sides last season.

The court thereafter suspended CEO Fienga from his job for 30 days and Dr. Manara for 20 days and handed the club a €7,000 fine.
Fienga will therefore not be able to access the pitch and changing rooms during the official matches for the next month, nor will he be able to represent Roma in the transfer market negotiations.
