Roma ultras have lost patience with the Friedkin family, the players and coach Ivan Juric, as a banner urges them all to ‘pack your bags.’
The Giallorossi are in chaos after a difficult start to the season, made infinitely worse by the sudden decision to sack Daniele De Rossi on September 18 after three draws and a defeat.
Juric has failed to improve matters and he too is hanging by a thread following the humiliating 5-1 loss at Fiorentina on Sunday.
Roma fans furious at everyone
They take to the field on Thursday evening against Torino and a banner has been placed outside the Stadio Olimpico tonight by the ASR Tevere ultras group.
‘Club of clowns, team of flops, pack your bags… and **** off!!!’
The Curva Sud ultras had already been staging protests since the De Rossi dismissal, either leaving their seats empty for the first 15-30 minutes or sitting in silence for much of the games.
It seems as if the latest setback will see them step up their rebellion, especially with reports the club is not planning to recall De Rossi, but rather seek a different coach to follow Juric.
The Friedkin family have owned Roma since August 2020, but now their focus is split by the takeover of Premier League side Everton.
