Roma have reportedly made contact with Sevilla to start exploring a move for French defender Loic Bade.

The Giallorossi have been active in the summer transfer window under CEO Lina Souloukou and sporting director Florent Ghisolfi, working hard to bolster Daniele De Rossi’s squad ahead of his first full season in charge.

Roma have invested in Artem Dovbyk, Matias Soule, Enzo Le Fee, Samuel Dahl and Mathew Ryan. The club have shown no signs of slowing down yet and have still been linked with a move for Federico Chiesa, although his high salary seems problematic.

Gianluca Di Marzio details how Roma have opened talks with Sevilla to start discussing a possible move for Loic Bade, interested in a move for the French defender.

The Giallorossi are hoping to lower the costs with some players in exchange, but the Spanish side are only interested in a cash deal, wanting around €20m. Talks between the two parties are now ongoing to try and find some common ground.
